Welcome to EchoRealm! By accessing our website or participating in our escape room experiences, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized platforms.
• Payments are required at the time of booking and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Participation Rules

• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Minimum age requirements apply to certain rooms; minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• EchoRealm reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3. Liability

EchoRealm is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage occurring during the experience. Participants engage in activities at their own risk.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking date may be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or late arrivals may forfeit their booking without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and puzzles within EchoRealm escape rooms are protected intellectual property and may not be replicated or shared.
